taking place in Washington, D.C. area. Moose led the law enforcement
task force that arrested former U.S. soldier John Allen Muhammad and
John Lee Malvo, a 17-year-old boy traveling with him, as suspects in
the 10 sniper-style slayings that had taken place in the past three
