ALLEGED SPY KATRINA LEUNG AT FEDERAL COURT.
Katrina Leung (C), of San Marino, California, accused of being a double
agent, gets into a car surrounded by photographers after she made a
brief statement to reporters outside federal court, July 8, 2003 in Los
Angeles after a hearing in her case. Leung and her former FBI handler,
James J. Smith, had previously pleaded innocent to federal charges and
face separate trials beginning July 1. Leung faces two counts of
copying national defense documents. The federal judge hearing the case
says she is leaning toward dismissing three of five counts against
Leung. REUTERS/Fred Prouser
