Luis Salgado (2nd R), nicknamed Chucho, takes a picture of his family during a pig slaughter at their home in the village of Sagua La Grande in central Cuba, March 10, 2013. Chucho was granted a U.S. visa based on his father's status as legal resident in Texas, and he was reunited in Miami with his father, Jesus Salgado, who had escaped Cuba on a frail boat ten years earlier. The Salgados are among many Cubans taking advantage of Cuba's new travel policy in place since last January, which allows citizens to leave the country with just a passport and no need for much-hated exit visas required since 1961.
