Cuban dissident and former political prisioner Angel Enrique Fernandez displays a tattoo on his chest as he lies on a bed with his mouth sewn during a hunger strike in Havana April 29, 2011. Two obscure Cuban dissidents who sewed their mouths partially shut and launched a hunger strike a month ago said on Friday they were prepared to die for their demands, which include freedom for jailed U.S. contractor Alan Gross and improved human rights. Vladimir Alejo Miranda, 48, and Angel Enrique Fernandez Rivero, 45, said they had refused medical aid and would not go to a hospital as their condition weakened. Tattoo reads "Down Fidel Assassin", referring to former Cuban leader Fidel Castro. REUTERS/Desmond Boylan (CUBA - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST HEALTH)
