South African Foreign Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma speaks in Havana February 2, 2001 during an interview with Reuters in which she reaffirmed her nation's opposition to the U.S. embargo on Cuba, and urged a peace summit to resolve the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
