Cuban lighthouse worker Machado pulls down the U.S. flag as the U.S.

According to Cuban authorities, the Helen III is the first U.S. vessel
to enter the Havana Port under the U.S. flag since the Cuban revolution
in 1959. The barge is carrying 1,614 tons of newsprint and six tons of
