CUBA-USA-BOY:MIAMI,FLORIDA,29MAR00 - Thousands of supporters of Cuban shipwreck survivor Elian Gonzalez hold a prayer vigil in Miami's Little Havana March 29. The vigil was a candle light extention of people over ten city blocks. The Cuban exile community is responding to the INS meeting five hours with the family today to discuss Elian's return to Cuba.
