ELIAN GONZALEZ PLAYS WITH TWO CELLULAR TELEPHONES IN MIAMI.
Elian Gonzalez listens to himself talk on two cellular telephones given to him to play with by family friends January 4 at the home of his cousin and great uncle in Miami. The six-year-old has been living with relatives since he was rescued at sea November 25. The boy's mother and several others died when the boat they were in sank as they attempted to reach the United States from Cuba. His father in Cuba, who is in a custody battle with the family in Miami, has been granted a temporary visa from the United States to come to Miami and return with his son to the communist-ruled island.
