Guard stands near anti-U.S. billboard facing back of U.S. Interest Section building in Havana.
A Cuban guard stands near a giant billboard reading "Infamy," with images of U.S.soldiers and Iraqi children and an image of Iraqis carrying an injured or dead person, facing the parking lot in the back of the U.S. Interest Section building in Havana, December 17, 2004. The United States had rejected Cuba's demand to remove Christmas lights in front of the American mission, which include the number 75, in reference to 75 pro-democracy activists imprisoned in Cuba. Cuban officials had threatend there would be consequences if the sign was not taken down. REUTERS/Fidel Requeijo/U.S.Interest Section/HO
