Daimler Chrysler Chairmen Jurgen Schrempp(L) and Robert Eaton (R) show off a new concept car powered by fuel cells at the Ronald Reagan Building here March 17. The car, called the Necar 4, will seat five people and go 280 miles before refueling and travels as fast as 90 mph. The car is powered by fuel cells that convert hydrogen and oxygen into electricity and is a zero-emissions vehicle.
