Drew's property has received only around four inches of rain so far this year, down from a yearly average of 26 inches. After being hit hard in 2002 by Australia's worst drought in a century, he must continue to buy grain to feed his remaining sheep. The state of New South Wales still has 87.3 percent of it's area drought-declared. Picture taken July 24, 2004. REUTERS/David Gray
