Rwandan soldiers hold their position during exercise Amani Carana outside their camp in Hol Hol 40km (24.8 miles) southeast of Djibouti, December 2, 2009. The Eastern Africa Standby Brigade is holding the exercise involving 1,500 troops - from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Burundi, Comoros, Seychelles and Somalia.
