Students write beside a wall with a mural featuring wind turbines at a school in Juancho Pedernales April 20, 2012. Power company EGE-Haina announced plans to begin the second phase of construction of its wind farm Los Cocos in Juancho Pedernales which will involve an additional investment of $100 million. The move will increase the Los Cocos project's contribution in renewable energy in the form of wind power to the national electricity network from 25 to 77 megawatts, according to the company's press release.
