Dutch Prime Minister Wim Kok makes a point during his speech at the closing ceremony of the 'The Hague Appeal for Peace' in The Hague May 15. The 'The Hague Appeal for Peace' is a five day conference of non-governmental organizations where new campaigns and initiatives for peace will be launched.
