Dutch mounted military honour guards guide their horses through thick smoke as part of general rehearsal for tomorrow's presentation of the Dutch State Budget at Scheveningen beach September 20. The horses are exposed to explosions, smoke boms and gun fire for an hour. Dutch Queen Beatrix will be escorted, by these honour guards, to Parliament in a Golden coach, to deliver the Dutch governmen's budgetary plans as opening of the Dutch parliamentry year.
