An Egyptian man suffering from leprosy drinks from a cup as he sits on his bed in the leprosy colony of Abu Zabal, about 40 km (25 miles) east of Cairo, March 16, 2008. According to officials at a hospital in the area, most of the leprosy sufferers are not infectious but they remain in the colony because they are rejected by their families and society. The colony currently has 750 residents. REUTERS/Asmaa Waguih (EGYPT)
