An Egyptian Muslim reads the Koran during evening prayers called "Tarawih" during Laylat al-Qadr at Amr Ibn El-Aas mosque, the first and oldest mosque ever built on the land of Egypt, in the Muslim holy month of Ramadan in Cairo September 5, 2010. Laylat al-Qadr, or Night of Decree, is the night Muslims believe the Koran was revealed to Prophet Mohammad by the angel Gabriel.
