A man walks past the entrance of Chocopologie, a chocolate cafe at Dubai Festival City, February 2, 2011. Chocopologie, a chocolatier which claims to sell the world's most expensive truffle "La Madeline au Truffe" for 1,000 dirhams ($272.3) a piece, opened its cafe boutique in Dubai in December and already plans another outlet in Abu Dhabi. The truffle is a hand-whipped creation with truffle oil, infused with a 70 percent Ecuadorian single-estate dark chocolate ganache, surrounding a rare French Perigord mushroom.
