Actor Jake Gyllenhaal poses at the premiere of the new drama film " October Sky" February 11 in Los Angeles. The film is the true story of Homer Hickam,Jr., a high school student in rural West Virginia in the 1950's who was destined to a life in the coal mines, but set his dreams on becoming a space scientist. Gyllenhaal portrays Hickam in the film which opens February 19 in the United States.
