An Ethiopian woman from the Hamar tribe attends a pastoralists' meeting in Yabello, 600km (373 miles) south of Ethiopia's capital of Addis Ababa, July 18, 2006. Pastoralist leaders from 19 countries spent six days sheltering under the shade of acacia trees on the Yabello rangelands, locked in discussions on trade, governance and production, OCHA, the U.N.
