A handful of imaginitive young designers have taken in hand the task of changing the image of dingy and un-hygenic toilets and washrooms in Paris restaurants and cafe's using custom-built steel fittings and everything from cheeky peep-holes to live goldfish, some of Paris's oldest public loos have been transformed into havens of wacky chic that have the city's trendiest cafe-goers queuing up to spend a penny.
