European Commission President Romano Prodi (C) welcomes Japan's Senior state secretary for Economic Planning Yuriko Koike (L), Foreign Minister Kono Yohie (2ndL), Trade Minister Takashi Fukaya (2ndR) and Agriculture Minister Tukuichiro Tamazawa (R) before to talks at European Commission headquarters in Brussels January 11. The Japanese delegation earlier met with E.U.
