FOR RELEASE WITH STORY BC-TIMOR-COFFEE - A son of an East Timorese coffee farmer plays with coffee beans being weighed at a coffee buying station in the foggy hills of Ermera, East Timor's coffee growing highlands. The 1999 coffee crop was to be a bumper 10,000 tonnes, boosted by drenching La Nina rains, but in the aftermath of the post ballot violence, industry experts have pegged output at 8,000 tonnes with an estimated value of U.S. $20-22 million.
