Sony Corp President Nobuyuki Idei listens to a reporter's question during a news conference in Tokyo March 30 announcing the formation of an online banking alliance with U.S. investment bank J.P. Morgan and Japan's Sakura Bank. The new online bank, which will be capitalised at 37.5 billion yen ($355 million), will be 80 percent owned by Sony, 16 percent by Sakura Bank and four percent by J.P. Morgan, Sony said.
