An Indonesian scientist holds the skull of the newly discovered remains of Indonesia's hobbit-sized humans in Jakarta on November 1, 2004. The small hominids, dubbed "Flores man", were first unearthed in a limestone cave on the remote eastern Indonesian island of Flores in 2003 by Australian and Indonesian scientists. The remains are now kept at the Indonesian government's archaeology office in Jakarta. Picture taken on November 1, 2004.
