Chinese soldiers wear masks as they chat with a hotel security guard at its entrance where some passengers from overseas flights are held in quarantine in Shanghai May 2, 2009. Hong Kong confirmed Asia's first case of the new H1N1 flu virus, formerly known as swine flu, in a Mexican traveller on Friday, prompting authorities to seal off the hotel where the 25-year old man had been staying. The man, who was not identified, flew from Mexico to Shanghai on an AeroMexico flight, then on to Hong Kong on a China Eastern Airlines flight. He developed a fever after arriving in the territory Thursday afternoon, Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang told reporters. REUTERS/Nir Elias (CHINA HEALTH MILITARY)
