Black truffles (front), "Aromatic Cheeses Risotto" (top) and "Warm Lobster Salad" (right) prepared by Italian chef Umberto Bombana are displayed at his restaurant in Hong Kong February 10, 2012. Bombana's distinctive flair for refined, regional Italian cuisine has taken him around the world and gained his Hong Kong restaurant three Michelin stars last year, within just two years of opening. After more than a year of soul-searching following the closing of the restaurant where he previously worked, Bombana opened "8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA" in Hong Kong's glitzy Central district. The name is a salute to the Italian movie by Federico Fellini. Picture taken February 10, 2012. To match story -CHEFS/BOMBANA REUTERS/Andy Ho (CHINA - Tags: FOOD SOCIETY)
