Rusted chains are seen at the gate of one of the entrances of the Gandrange ArcelorMittal steelworks in Gandrange near Florange, May 19, 2013. After the 2009 closure of the Gandrange site, the recent ArcelorMittal's decision to mothball two blast furnaces at its site in Hayange-Florange, increases the fear of the end of the forging and steelmaking tradition in the "Angel Valley" of the Lorraine region, turning the valley into a "Museum Valley". With a level of more than 10 percent unemployment, the Lorraine Region and its "Angel Valley" is one of France's most impacted area. Picture taken May 19, 2013.
