Anthony Valentini, aged 26, poses near a fire set up by workers on strike in front of the Florange ArcelorMittal plant in Florange, May 22, 2013. The son and grandson of metal workers, Anthony worked until March 2012 as an interim worker at the plant where his father still works. He is now unemployed since then and will now try to validate a qualification of solderer he hopes will help him to find a job. After the 2009 closure of the nearby Gandrange site, the recent ArcelorMittal's decision to mothball two blast furnaces at its site in Hayange-Florange, increases the fear of the end of the forging and steel making tradition in the "Angel Valley" of the Lorraine region, turning the valley into a "Museum Valley". With a level of more than 10 percents of unemployment, the Lorraine Region and its "Angel Valley" is one of France's most impacted area.
