An employee of Arcelor Mittal blocks railway tracks near their factory in Ebange near Florange
An employee of Arcelor Mittal blocks railway tracks near their factory in Ebange near Florange, Eastern France, March 2, 2012. Steel giant ArcelorMittal will invest 17 million euros in its idled plant in Florange in northeastern France, which will restart its furnaces in the second half of 2012, French President said on Thursday. ArcelorMittal confirmed the investment, but a spokesman for the group said there was no guarantee the blast furnace would resume production unless steel demand recovered sufficiently. The sentence on the helmet reads "The factory is ours". REUTERS/Vincent Kessler (FRANCE - Tags: POLITICS EMPLOYMENT BUSINESS CIVIL UNREST)
