WORKMEN PUT A BILLBOARD INTO PLACE AS PREPARATIONS CONTINUE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE 51ST CANNES FILM FESTIVAL.


Workman use a cherry-picker to put a giant circular billboard into place as preparations continue prior to the start of the 51st Cannes Film Festival, May 12. Twenty-two films compete for the presitious Palm d'Or in the film competition which runs from May 13 to May 24.
