French entrepreneur Denis Pozin raised 8 million francs ($1 million) from private investors to get his business started which offer the first made-in-France top-quality cigars. Pozin is the first to launch a tobacco business in France since the formerly state-owned giant Seita lost its monopoly in the field in 1997.
