An unidentified technician at the French National Seismic Survey Institute looks at a graph that registered an earthquake that hit Eastern France and Western Germany, in Strasbourg, December 5, 2004. The earthquake registered 4.9 on the Richter scale with the epicentre in the region of Freiburg, in Germany, and caused no reported major damage or victims.
