A general view shows the site of a controversial dam project in Sivens near Lisle-sur-Tarn October 28, 2014. The 8.4 million euro dam project, designed by the local council of Tarn-et-Garonne, was aimed at creating an artificial lake to help irrigate lands. Protests against the project began in 2013, to oppose the construction of the dam on a river that flows through the forest of Sivens. The dam project has been temporary suspended after the death of Remi Fraisse, 21, during a violent stand-off over the weekend October 25-26 between police and ecology protesters seeking to prevent construction of a dam in the Testet wetlands area of southern France. Supporters, including local farmers, say the project will help with irrigation of the zone. Picture taken October 28, 2014. REUTERS/Regis Duvignau (FRANCE - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST ENVIRONMENT)
