BOTTLES OF "READY-TO-DRINK" PASTIS SEEN ON BAR COUNTER IN TOULOUSE.
Bottles of "ready-to-drink" pastis, the famous French anise-flavoured
aperitif, seen at a bar in Toulouse, November 9, 2001. The Pernod Ricard
beverages firm tests the pre-mixed bottled drink, one partrue Pastis with
five parts water with an alcoholic content of 7.5deg, in 20cl bottles
chilled to 4deg C. The bottled pastis is intended for younger drinkers than
the traditional anise-flavoured aperitif attracts. REUTERS/Jean-Philippe
