Moroccan Omar Raddad, 39, is seen in his lawyer's office in
Aix-en-Provence, after the decision of the highest French appeals court
to reject a request for a retrial, November 20, 2002. Omar Raddad, a
former gardener, was convicted of murdering his employer Guilaine
Marchal and was sentenced to 18 years in prison in 1994. Raddad was
partially pardoned by French President Jacques Chirac and released from
