Vice-Admiral Yves Naquet Radiguet (L) explains July 8 to French Prime Minister Lionel Jospin the pumping up operations of the submerged hull of the Maltese-flagged tanker Erika which sunk last December 12 creating oil slick on France's western seaboard. Jospin promised the victims to receive 100 percent compensation for the losses sustained.
