Christopher, a 24-year-old unemployed Frenchman, dresses at home before delivering his curriculum vitae in Marseille June 17, 2013. Christopher, 24 and currently jobless, is an occasional walk-on actor (or an extra) for the French television series "Plus Belle la Vie" and "Camping Paradis". He left high school and earned a mason's CAP (Professional Aptitude Certificate) in 2008, and since has held short-term jobs in restaurants and fashion retail stores. Christopher, who receives no unemployment benefits, lives at home with his parents. Twice a week he hand delivers his CV to central Marseille shops, as he dreams to find a sales job in a fashion shop. Once a month Christopher meets with a job counselor at a Mission Locale for Employment (Youth Employment Agency) which has yet to lead to permanent employment.
