Sudiro (C), head of Freeport Indonesia's union, is greeted by Papuan people in Timika December 16, 2011, after he arrived in the town after signing a pay deal with the company's management. Sudiro signed the deal on Wednesday on behalf of the striking workers, a union spokesman said, ending a three-month strike at the world's second-biggest copper deposit. The deal includes a pay raise of 37 percent over two years for workers and it aims to get employees back to work on Saturday, union field coordinator Hengki Binur said.
