Legendary singer Art Garfunkel holds 3 year-old Cystic Fibrosis sufferer Hannah Plowman June 3 after a news conference about his upcoming UK tour which will raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Garfunkel, whose career has spanned 40-years, will perform at eight venues in Britain this month. The card Garfunkel holds was given to him by Hannah.
