GAY COUPLE EXCHANGE WEDDING VOWS IN VANCOUVER.
Tom Graff (R) and Antony Porcino leave court after they exchanged
wedding vows outside the British Columbia Appeals Court, July 8, 2003.
The Vancouver couple got married only an hour after the appeals court
made British Columbia the second Canadian province to allow same-sex
marriages. The federal government has said it will legalize same-sex
marriages across the country, but several conservative groups have said
they will fight any change in Canada's marriage laws. REUTERS/Lyle
