Employees of Germany's third-largest federal state Landesbank WestLB protest against the European Commission's demand of a restructuring plan outside the bank's headquarters in Duesseldorf June 10, 2011. Some 250 WestLB employees protested on Friday after the bank had started sending out bidding documents to interested parties. WestLB's corporate banking arm and its project financing business are up for sale after having lost billions of euros on risky investments during the global financial crisis.
