Greenpeace environmental activist with biodiesel fuel filled petrol cans, protest in front of the federal environmental ministry in Berlin April 7, 2008, against the German governments decision to stop plans to raise compulsory bioethanol blending levels in fossil gasoline. German Environment Minister Sigmar Gabriel said more than three million cars were not ready for the new fuel and could be forced to switch to more expensive unblended gasoline grades because of possible damage. Germany had viewed biofuels blending as a way of achieving reductions in greenhouse gases without imposing restrictions suggested by the European Union which could hit its performance car industry. Banners reads 'Biofuel destroyed the climate' and on petrol cans 'This rule has got to go!'. REUTERS/Fabrizio Bensch (GERMANY)
