Brandenburg's State Prime Minister Manfred Stolpe lights a candle to mourn for 28-year-old Algerian asylum-seeker Omar at the house where he bled to death after crashing through a door in a bid to escape a mob of rightist German youths February 14. Five local youths aged between 17 and 18 were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the man's death.
