Sculptors work on a sand sculpture depicting the pyramids of Giza on
the beach of the Baltic sea coastal village of Travemuende near Luebeck
on July 3, 2003, in preparation for Germany's second sand-sculpture
festival. About seventy sculptors shape the "Seven wonders of the world
- world of wonders", using some eight million kilograms of special
sand. The festival runs from July 11 until September 7, 2003.
