Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder's SPD re-elected him party chairman with
an 80.83 percent majority. General Secretary Olaf Scholz and Economy
Minister Wolfgang Clement were also re-elected, but with small
majorities that reflect party frustration with the Agenda 2010 reforms.
