Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien is addressing the final news conference following the Group of Eight leaders summit in Cologne June 20. Big power leaders issued a final communique after their three-days summit in Cologne which was aimed at rebuilding relations between Russia and the West after the end of the war in the Kosovo.
