trial against five Algerians suspected of belonging to the al Qaeda
network April 16, 2002. The five Algerians face a trial on Tuesday in a
case that could shed light on the guerilla network believed behind the
September 11 attacks. Four of the men face charges of planning to bomb
a Christmas market in Strasbourg in 2000. The fifth man is not accused
