US Air force medical personel carry a stretcher with a wounded US soldier
out of a C-17 aircraft and lift him into an ambulance bus at Ramstein
airbase in southwestern Germany, November 3, 2003. The soldier was injured
when a U.S. Chinook helicopter was shot down near Falluja in central Iraq on
Sunday. 16 soldiers were killed in the incident and 21 wounded, according to
