TRAIN STATION PRIOR TO THE G8...
Demonstrators carrying a communist flag leave a train after its arrival
in Genoa's Brignole Rail station July 18, 2001 from Rome. Hundreds of
demonstrators poured into the city from other parts of Italy chanting
'Genoa, Genoa'. One group of about 25 wore T-shirts proclaiming
themselves 'Red Zone Invaders', a reference to plans to break into the
security zone set up by the Italian authorities to protect the Group of
Eight summit.
